8:00 – 8:45  Registration and complimentary breakfast snack and beverage. Name badges will be passed out at registration.

9:00 – 10:00  Keynote Speaker, Gary Colby, will speak on No-Till Gardening.
Gary Colby is a nationally recognized expert on soils who resides in San Diego, California. He is on the board of the American Hemerocalis Society and grows day lilies, palms and dahlias. He travels extensively giving lectures and seminars on garden topics.
No-Till Gardening is an approach to home gardening that will build your soil to yield excellent results with a minimum of back-breaking digging.

10:15 – 12:30  Morning Classes  Classes are either one hour or two hours long. You may take either one 2-hour class or two 1-hour classes in the morning. Classes designated as Workshops have fees required because they are hands-on classes which provide all the materials you will need to make a project which you will take home with you. Space in the workshops is limited and will be assigned on a "first come, first served" basis. In the event that someone who has signed up for a workshop is unable to attend, that space will be opened to those on the waiting list.

12:30 – 1:30  Lunch  A complimentary box lunch and beverage will be provided for all attendees.

1:30 – 3:45  Afternoon Classes  Classes are either one hour or two hours long. You may take either one 2-hour class or two 1-hour classes in the afternoon. Classes designated as Workshops have fees required because they are hands-on classes which provide all the materials you will need to make a project which you will take home with you. Space in the workshops is limited and will be assigned on a "first come, first served" basis. 4:00 – 4:30  Closing and Door Prize Raffle  Keep your name badges because your raffle number will be printed on the badge. You must be present to win.

4:30  Tufa Trough Workshop  Those who made tufa troughs Friday afternoon will return to the scene of their messiness and finish up their troughs to take home.

Note: If signing up for a Satuday Workshop, you must also sign up for the day for Saturday. This means paying both the $20 Satuday enrollment fee and the workshop fee(s).

We will continue accepting registrations by mail until June 11,
after that you may register in person on Saturday June 19
at the Columbus Community Center.
