1:00 – 4:00  Tufa Trough Workshop – $25 Limit 12 people (Note, as of 5-10-04 workshop has been filled,
                       those requesting to register after this date will be placed on a waiting list.)

2:00 – 5:00  Tours of several Salt Lake County Master Gardeners' Projects. Due to parking limitations at some projects, we will not be providing transportation. If you would like to car pool, we suggest meeting in the parking lot at Wheeler Historic Farm, 6351 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, at 2:00 p.m. There will be a tour guide at each project location who has worked on the project. He or she will be identifiable by a University of Utah baseball cap.

6:00 – 9:00  Annual Mini College Banquet – $12 per person
In the Big Barn at Wheeler Historic Farm, 6351 South 900 East, Salt Lake City
A Western theme Dutch oven dinner of BBQ ribs, rattlesnake beans, cowboy potatoes and apple crisp will be followed by the music of The Pony Express country band. Dress is casual. Dancing is encouraged, but not required.
